What’s in a name?

A lot, actually. An author’s or publisher’s name and identity are very important. Whether it is their actual name or a pseudonym, an author’s name is their most valuable commodity. Readers look for their favorite authors and will buy whatever they write. The same is true for publishers. Readers are cognizant of the publisher’s brand. For independent authors who self-publish, they must have the best representation of their name and brand.

It can also be useful to build a brand internally. Whether for a product line, an overall brand identity, or even event-specific branding, building a logo to encapsulate the brand and capture the marketing possibilities is a great way to enhance your branding.
